Hey great, maybe we can meet up. I see you are also there for the Seven Star Event. I have reservations but will probably have to cancel

We are going again this year. After Christmas/NYE is a good time for us to go since we both work at colleges and have the this time off from work. Was cheaper for us to stay at the Flamingo since we needed two rooms. My daughter and her friend are coming with us.

I'm working on a Dec 30-Jan 5 trip. If I can find decent prices for flights I'll be booking it.
We did NYE a couple years back and had a blast, looking forward to experiencing it again!

It will be our first time on the strip. We were there a few years ago at the rio and that was boring. NYE party ended at 9pm and nothing to do. Tried to taxi to the strip and the driver said he could only get so close and it could be 3am before we got a ride back. Needless to say we watched NYE on the tv and fireworks from the room.

My two older boys may join us so will be checking for cheaper rooms as well.

I heard it’s great on the strip but really crowded. I adjusted out days due to flight cost. Hope it works for you

I was at the Aria last NYE, but ended up ordering room service and watching the fireworks from the room so we didn't have to deal with the crowds. Oddly the casinos didn't seem any busier than usual, but everything else sure did! I can't say for sure since I wasn't out, but people the next day said it was a bit of a migraine trying to get back into their hotels between midnight and 2am or so.

we will have our 2 y.o. twins with us so we will definitely be watching from the room. I just hope we can see the street activities and the fireworks from our view.

Well.... 9 days World Cup Trip and 8 days NYE Trip is a Lot. I hit seven star level this year during World Cup Trip and don’t need the level. I hate to keep losing with NYE coming. Yes last day recovered about 16000 but still a loss. But not a done deal yet

I imagine seeing the activity down on the strip would need a better room view than the fireworks. Considering all the various places they fire them off from, you should get a pretty decent look at them from any room that doesn't face completely away from the strip.

Thanks, I thought I has Forum tower for the trip which I have no idea what the view is but today my host came back that it isn't set and asked about Ballys. We love our stays at ballys but once again have no idea if we can see the fireworks.

Are you talking about the upcoming NYE or next year's NYE? NYE 2019 isn't for another 17 months.
