have heard that they have built a connecting hotel and just recently added a players card program which has not yet made it to vp-free------has any one either stayed there or played there recently using their players card ?----- if so could you give some details-----this casino is one of the better ones in vegas with good pay vp schedules------interested in their comp system

Have only visited the casino a couple of times. I'm planning a trip for 6-8 weeks down the road and saw an article about them adding rooms, so I checked it out. The room looked good, but they're new so they should. I think rates were about $70/nt with no RF. One room option was two double beds, which seemed odd these days.
I might do it for my last night as I don't do a lot of gambling the last night. I don't think I'd use it for a home base for a trip though. I prefer to have something bigger for that or stay DT where you have more options. Check out the website and see what you think.

    Good Luck!

Update. I just checked their website and remembered why I forgot about them. Wed night rate for late April for either standard king or two doubles was about a $110. Just a little more than I'd pay for that location with what they offer. The rooms have a 55" tv, a refridgerator and free wi-fi. You can stay at Southpoint for a little less and quite a few off strip for $30-40 less.

    Good Luck!

I really wanted to check them out. But the lack of players club is making me lean towards passing on them. I follow them on fb and no mention of players cluc. Ive even posted with no response.
Some of theit rooms have bidets in the bathroom. Might interest some.

Im in town now if i make it over i will try to reply.

I was last there March 4; the player's club was scheduled to start on Monday the 5th. All the machines were equipped but not active on my visit. My $200 4OAK was still a hand pay. I love the quaintness there.

quaintness -yes-----I only hope they keep the good full-pay video-poker games to include their fpdw games that are coin out and give decent comp numbers on those games for the play given-------only place I know that has a 10 coin 25c fpdw game--------a number of places give less points for games that return over 100%,some give none-----I called ,spoke to a rep who said the players card system is now active------he could not give details but advised they were posted on a machine that gives you your players card 24 hrs a day---

I tried to find a picture of Mick Dundee shouting from the window, but came up short.

It's kinda funny that they have bidets - delusions of grandeur?
I would love to have been at the executive meeting where they came up with that.
