The ASD convention is there until the 22nd

 

An March Madness 3/15-3/19.
You are screwed, ESPECIALLY at this late date.
I am surprised I am still seeing comps at most properties Sun-Weds nights this late in the game.

 

What does ASD stand for

Monster Jam World Finals are also there that week (3/23 - 3/25) and I know that some of the CET hotels (Harrah's, Bally's, Flamingo, etc.) are host hotels for the event, a lot of the drivers and crews stay there, and they have travel packages that can be booked also.

 

Two HUGE slot tournaments March 24-26, and March 27-29, both at Harrah's.

Not sure what it stands for, but its a big B2B retail trade show

 

But that doesn't drive up rates citywide. Unless there are 50,000 people in the tournament

 

It would affect all CET properties. Invitees to the slot tournaments are invited to stay at any CET property, including Caesars, depending on their status.

But the main reason for high prices is probably the basketball tournament.

it's not just CET. Most of the Mlife hotels are sold out on 3/20 and 3/21.
