What's your favorite kind of VP? I usually play DDB, was curious what you all like and why.

    Thanks!

Preferably 9/6 DDB but I will settle for 9/5 at Main Street bartops. The reason is the rush for aces or even a quad that pays 250. JOB just doesn't do it for me anymore. My bankroll lasts longer, but there is no thrill.

I tend to be flexible and will play the "best" one via the math. But if all the returns are ~equal I probably go with Bonus Poker because I'm not big on variance.

I like Deuces, Triple Bonus Plus, and Bonus Poker Deluxe, but I feel they don't like me. Lol

I don't like Triple Double Bonus (too much variance) and Joker Poker (don't know strategy well slash seem to lose when I play)

I am the same I will default to bonus poker unless jacks is much better, 9/6 vs 7/5 BP. I do not like the variance but I do the a little rush on VP with the premium Quads. If I am feeling risky I will play Bonus Dlx. I do like Bonus Dlx with STP/DSTP from time to time.

DDB is my favorite. But if I want a little less variance, I'll go to Boner Deluxe.

When I'm really drunk or just feel like lighting hundys on fire, I'll occasionally play some TDB.

If I need to go to bed but I'm too wired, I'll switch to JoB. It usually does the trick.

Most of my royals were on DDB and JoB. TDB is my favorite.

    Lol

I don't mind it, but it's rough without "premium quads". Bonus often pays a bit better too. Whiskey Down is one of the few places I can think of where DDB is the best bartop game. It's usually Bonus. But I do play DDB at Whiskey Down. ;)

Not always but usually it seems like ddb is always lower percentage wise on machines.

I play tons of 9/5 JoB at Lift Bar, inside Aria. Could probably do slightly better downtown or in a lower-tier casino's high limit room, but it's still a solid game, and the drinks are fantastic. Plus the volatility is low enough that I can play for a while.

For me it is usually DDB or Boner D. Wife likes deuces and almost never plays anything else

At some of the crappier paytables, JOB and Bonus are exactly the same except Bonus pays more for 4oak.

I'll play Bonus or DDB. I never play dueces wild. I just don't get that game. How do you win any money? I want to get paid well for my 4oaks.

I will say I left out my absolute favorite game is the treasue chest machines at the Boyd properties.

I will play them often if available.

I agree. I'll start with the game with the best paytable, but if I'm not winning I'll switch it up. Love Double Bonus Deluxe, as all quads pay 400. Deuces are also a fave, especially at the D, Vue Bar upstairs. That's one of my go to spots.

I like DDB and Dueces..2 royal hits now on Dueces..Played a Dueces variation at the Orleans (Dueces bonus?) I had never seen before but certain 5oak's pay better so as Wanker mentioned the natural 4 can be better.. and some super trick of hitting 4 dueces with an Ace kicker is as good as a royal? Tring will correct me if I'm wrong I hope but did cash out three 4dueces this trip (One at GVR and 2 at the Orleans If memory serves)
My problem is remembering within the first few hands of what damn game I'm playing now after switching a lot...
