Nice, you find the beer at that machine? Apparently that's good luck?

Seems I was up 500 when I left NYNY but apparently misplaced it at MGM. Did find this on the way to bed. Maybe I will meet a friendly face in the morning. Good night. [IMG]

Good Morning Las Vegas! What a first night in Vegas. Looks like did ok with highlights through the evening. That is the first time I have just circled a casino all evening. Everytime I went to leave something else would carch my eye.

It was alot of fun and I still found myself talking with many great people. If one is following this morning, thanks for the great time last night and safe travels back to England this morning.

Recap of things missed. Dinner was a corned beef Rueben from Greenburgs Deli. Delicious sandwich. Headed over to MGM and just could not win anything. Switched from beer to cranberry vodkas somewhere along the line and did ok till this morning. Obviously not good Vodka as it has left a horrible taste behind. Strangest thing. Bankroll is nearly to the penny identicle to when I left the room last night no thanks to the Chiefs.

Beautiful morning here for those of you flying in today. The suns shining, the sirens cooing and rythmic mocking of the jackhammer is pounding against my head!

The only cure I know is to hit the strip. Heading North. Should be near Flamingo in a couple hours.

I feel healthier already. Its a workout dodging runners on the strip at this time of day.

Took a picture of that bastard with the jackhammer. He better sleep in tomorrow.

Ok observation and question for DDB players. Sat next to a guy playing Flintstones keeping track of the sequence of spins for the bonus games. Asked if he realized its using a random generator...says nothing in the universe is random. Not sure why they always sit next to me.

Question, normally when I get two pair where one is J or better, I discard the second pair searching for the quad. I have noticed however I have been missing out on what would be several full houses today. Just curious, what is the concensus on this one? I probably won't change but still sober enough to be curious.

Math says to hold the two pair instead of Ks, Qs, or Js by 19.8 cents at 8/5 quarters. This scenario is probably the most common error I see others make though (nearly half of casual players). Many people ignore the 40-coin full house and just think about the 250 quad.

Of course always break two pair with Aces in DDB. Now go hit more of those!
