"Semi-Live" TR - MGM and other places TBD - 3/18 to 3/21

Got checked in. Originally had me on the 13th floor .. while I am not superstitious I didn't like the low floor. The desk girl in VIP was able to grab me a Marquee on the 28th floor. Great room. Will post some pictures if there is interest. The view isnt great as it is facing Hooters and the airport.

Sweet room. Too bad it's not facing a better direction. I was facing the airport at the MGM in January.

 

After a couple work calls, headed to Whiskey Down as we always start off the trip. A little disappointed that they no longer make my favorite drink there but making due.

Just hit this to scratch off one of my to do's ..... hand pay number one.

 

Interesting. My last Marque suite was set up differently. Yours looks like the pictures on the MGM website. Mine had a pool table in the center, and a round table with 6 chairs where you have a sitting area. I really enjoy that suite - staying in one again for my May trip.

Hey random question do the marquee suites have a useable fridge in them at all? We are staying in 1 next week for a bachelor party. A big suite seems like it should have one but the website gives no indication there is 1...

 

No. But you can call the front desk and they will send a mini fridge up free of charge.

First, my apologies for anyone that was following along. I know I hate it when a TR goes unfinished, so I will finish this.

Second, which I already knew, I give high props to those that carry a report live. Tbone, Packer, others ... you are amazing to keep it going.

Third, I realized that I suck at live TR when I am in Vegas with others. I get easily distracted, kind of like a kid in a candy store.

I am going to finish but might take me a couple days. Would love to say it was a winner but had a good time. Will post some VP and food porn. Thanks for sticking with me.
