It sounds like I need to get 10 crave cases to the bungalow for MLK if they are open.

After eating a couple you feel like puking believe or not...tried them once and at first thought they were good.... Then 30 minutes later I wish I never ate them.

Most of my opinion of White Castle is based on the Harold and Kumar movie.

I would say white castle is an acquired taste like beer. I know several people who just tried them recently and were not the biggest fans.

I personally love them sliders or gut busters. 10 after a night of drinking. You will shit all the alcohol and other remains next morning.

Give them a shot. You won't know until you try it. The mozzarella sticks are really good also. Chicken sandwiches are tasty also. They do have shitty fries, however.

We just got back last night, back when we went in November there were signs saying open soon....This trip, no sign of WC at all, very strange.

Not that big a deal to me since they are everywhere in STL, but cheap food options are always nice, especially mid strip

I prefer Krystal burgers but I know my wife would like to try these. I wonder when it will be opening?

In my travels, I found that Krystal and White Castle are very similar. However, I've only had them a couple of times in my life. Can you enlighten me on how you find them different? They seem the same to me, but I was probably pretty drunk every time I have consumed them.

Krystal has mustard, White Castle doesn't.

Krystal fries their burgers on a grill, White Castle steam cooks the burgers in a bath of chopped onions. You take apart a Krystal burger, you can cleanly separate the patty from the bun. White Castle places the crown bun on the patty while it's cooking. This results in a bread-meat gradient beloved by Northerners and despised by Southerners.

So they're really not the same but just like most foods, what you grew up eating is probably going to be the one you prefer. It's also worth noting that White Castle owns all of their restaurants while most Krystals are franchised. As a result, the quality at White Castle is more consistent..
