So this year will be my first ever Halloween in Vegas. I'll be in Vegas October 31-November 2nd so basically be there all halloween weekend.

The thing that is killing me is that I don't know what to expect from the clubs at all. Can 2 guys wear costumes into the club? Thinking of going as Darth Maul(star wars) for halloween. Can I bring my light sabee into the club? Lol.

Will everyone in the club be dressed up or will guys still be in suits for the most part?

I'm thankful to anyone who can give mw the run down on what the vegas club scene is like on halloween and also November 1st as well. I've been stressing it pretty hard. Just wanna make sure I handle halloween in Vegas the right way. Thanks for the help, guys.

I will be in Vegas for Halloween also and have been there two other times over Halloween weekend. I would expect that the majority of the clubs will be having Halloween parties and the majority of people will be wearing Halloween costumes. Since Halloween is on Friday night, I would expect the clubs to be packed and you will probably need to round up some girls if you want to have any chance of getting in.

The first time I was in Vegas for Halloween I did not know what to expect and did not wear a costume. I felt out of place as most people, even in the casino gambling were wearing costumes. The only thing that I would suggest is that you consider your costume carefully, not sure Darth Maul is a good idea because you could be turned away from clubs and gaming tables because of your face being painted. I would recommend a costume that does not cover your face and does not require any props (i.e. light saber) that could be used as a weapon.

Halloween in Vegas can be crazy, especially on Friday night.

Take a look at the Fetish and Fantasy Ball at the Hard Rock.
Darth Maul would fit in nicely!

On November 1st you will still see people in costumes on The Strip, Downtown and in the casinos... probably not so much in the clubs

For Halloween itself the biggest thing is that they are all going to be having parties with a special guest host and/or big name DJ and/or big name live music. You will need a ticket to get in, which are pretty pricey but you can save a few bucks by buying in advance if you get there a day or two before Halloween.

So I don't hit the clubs but I thoroughly enjoy Halloween. I was in Vegas last Halloween at Wynn. Thurs, Fri and Sat. nights the different clubs at Wynn and Encore had huge lines and about 75% of people were in some sort of costume. I saw a sweet group of guys dressed up as Mario Kart characters. It was a fantastic time to be in town for people watching.

Note, as already stated, you cannot cover your face either with a mask or paint as the "eyes in the sky" don't like that. You also can't have something that looks like a weapon though that seemed lenient in the sense that a light saber was cool but I watched a woman in a sexy cop outfit that had her plastic gun and handcuffs taken away by security.

Hope that helps and good luck in 2 weeks.
