Hey fellow Houstonian! Congratulations on your amazing trip so far! Wanted to find out your mom's bingo secret(s)....do ya'll buy multiple machines or what? I love playing but would love it even more if i could get a win one of these days! Continue having fun!

Bingo is Luck !!!!

My Mom is just straight up lucky. In Vegas you can only play one machine per person but you can load alot of cards in the machine. She usually buys around 60 cards ($35-40) worth per session. As you will read later in the trip reports I started to Bingo also....and she hits a hotball. Bingo is just luck but I like it and she absolutely loves it. We play alot in Vegas.....our grand total this trip was 51 bingos between the 2 of us. ( We played at least one session a day for 16 days and sometimes 2 or 3 sessions in a day which is a ton of bingo !!!).

Moving Day !!!!

We spent the morning packing all of our stuff. It really is crazy how much we take and I was exhausted to we called a bell man to load our car. That was a smart decision because it made moving out a whole lot easier. I enjoyed the Hilton but it is time to check out the Gold Coast rooms for the first time ever. We played a little bingo at Terribles and then headed over to check in. There was absolutely no line so check in was quick. When we were walking to our room I told my Mom that the hallway reminded me of a cruise ship...no idea why but it did. The room was O.K. and comfortable for our 4 nights here. I was surprised there was no bath tub but the shower was kinda cool. We spent the rest of the day relaxing watching TV and every other hour running down to play Bingo. I went to sleep early ( I think 1 A.M. ) because I have been staying up late every night play slots ! The plan was for me to get up and go play in the daily Texas Hold Em Tournament. When I got up I was nervous but decided to go for it - if I lost it was only a $45 buy-in so no big deal. I had always wanted to give it a try and I am glad I did. I actually felt like I played fairly well and I held in for about 2 hours when I went down with pocket kings. Good night !!! I will write a little more tomorrow !!!!!!!
