I'm seeing in my account and P2's account a $10 in Restaurant Credit on the Rio Rewards offer page, valid now through April 30. Dining credit not valid at Wetzel's Pretzels or Smashburger. No other details so I'm guess a stay isn't required. Neither of us have had a chance to stop by or stay at Rio since the switch over.
Anyone receive a subsequent offer after using “Vegas in a Bottle”? I checked out earlier this morning. @Rio_Chief_Gaming_Officer do you know when I’ll receive my next offer?
Without knowing your play, I don't know exactly when you'll receive a future offer, but it shouldn't be long.
I received my next offer very quickly (1-2 weeks) after checking out. Staying again this weekend. I am really enjoying the new Rio.
I am being shown an offer for 3 complimentary nights offer but none available for the year. Not that good of an offer if you can’t use it? Am I able to get customer service to honor? This is at the Rio of course.
Wife and were regular Rio players until El Dorado took over but the new Rio owners did obtain past play records and we each received 4 nights free, $75 free play, and $25 in food comps. That’s a fair offer since we have not been there for the last 31/2 years. I am sure we will take the Rio up on the offer this fall. Also the Rio has many Hosts and they encourage you to reach out and hook up with a Host. Good luck!

I am a loyal Wynncore woman but I also play outside Wynn -- downtown at the The D/Circa, sometimes Palace Station, and sometimes CET but mostly at The D/Circa if not at Wynn/Encore. I received a Rio offer for comped nights and $200 in resort credit and separately $400 in Frioplay, probably based on play from the last time I was at the Rio a few years ago. I was planning to stop in this weekend as part of a weekend trip to Vegas (staying at Encore) to check things out and redeem the $400 in Frioplay. (I really don't want to book a room if I don't need it). But I am curious if the matching promo is still underway as I'm at Encore this weekend on a $4k freeplay offer (I know the max for the match is capped at $1k). The offer is via email and also in my confirmed reservation for this weekend. If it's over I'll use my current Frioplay offer. TIA.
@Flowers I just came home from a weekend trip to Rio where they did a $3k free play match from Wynn but released it in stages as I met certain tier credit milestones. I’ve found them to be nothing but accommodating so I’m sure they can work something out for you. If they do require a stay you could always book a standard room in the old tower as the comp value would be almost nothing.
Many thanks for that info @pedrofan02. If you don't mind sharing, are the milestones reasonably achievable with a few hours of play? I get Rio wanting to protect the property when matching an offer that high so that players are not doing a hit and run on a significant match. I was planning to spend a few hours playing but not the weekend there.
Matched from a 3k offer. This is the structure I was given. $750 upfront FrioPlay $750 additional after earning only 4,000 slot points $1500 additional after earning 20,000 slot points on the trip $500 F&B after earning 4,000 slot points
I’ve been low rolling there but have maintained or exceeded my play on every visit. Yet, my offers have decreased after each trip.
