Lol...that would be John's Incredible Pizza. we were there for my niece's bday party. By the time we were done with that machine, it was rotated about 45 degrees from all the ass-bumping we were doing trying to get tokens to drop...lol.

I think collectively, our group had over 4000 tickets...they were used to get Hello Kitty plush toys for the niece and my kids, plus some random little toys to use up the rest of the tix. Probably could have gone to walmart and bought the same stuff for $15...lol.

 

Reading through this thread, I realize I diverted from the title...lol. Instead of adding non-slot updates to this thread, maybe I will start a general SoCal thread...a Perpetual SoCal Trip Report...lol. Just to get up to date though, I will divert one last time...I lost $2300 the other night (mostly on UTH, and 20% from HL slots)...last night I won $2200 back (mostly UTH, $500 from HL slots). If I can find all my old slot pics from Pechanga, I will post them to this thread. There is a $40k pic on my old phone.

 

When are you heading to Pechanga again? I will be there tomorrow and Saturday from 3-8:30pm taking the free shuttle from my house. Last couple of trips, my favorite machine has been paying nothing for anyone when I have been there, which I am not happy about because it has paid for me every casino trip until after I hit the maxi on it 2 saturdays ago. I have been mostly playing other stuff lately and doing pretty good, but then when I try my favorite, nothing.

 

Just got back from a quick trip to Pechanga...lol. I almost didn't go since i lost the past two trips to Pala. Note to self...avoid Pala for awhile. As far as going back to Pechanga, I will most likely go again tomorrow night or saturday night. However, the only time I am able to get out there lately is around 10pm.

 

Oh ok. I will be gone by the time you get there then. I was there Tuesday night with my mom and a friend from the night bus for 10X the points and we are planning on going there again this upcoming Tuesday night for last chance at 10x the points 8pm-11pm

I heard that Pala has tight machines big time and that a lot of people stopped going there. I have never been there before, but I have been hearing about it and one of my friends I see at Pechanga sometimes, she said they had bad customer service when she was there for her mom's birthday at Pala and that none of the machines were paying.

 

I was planning to go to Pechanga this past Tuesday, but ended up driving past it and went to Pala...bad decision...lol.

HL slots are fairly loose at Pala. If you go on the weekends, you will often see most, if not all the $25 machines lit up for handpays. I primarily play Ultimate Texas Hold'em, in the Carnival pits, so don't really have any input about the slots on the main floor. Here are a couple hits at Pala, from a few months ago...hit one, got paid, then walked to the next machine and immediately hit that one.

Lol...the previous pics are some old ones from another local casino, which has been kicking my butt the last few times I have gone there. Pechanga is still feeding my pockets a little at a time through UTH. I need the heater to last through my Vegas trips...lol.

 

I just got the latest Pala mailer and it looks like someone hit the top payout on the sole $100 slot there...$160,000. I am a little under the weather now, but if I can muster some energy, I may make a quick trip to Pechanga later tonight.

 

I went back to Pechanga last night. The plan was to avoid UTH, since it has been kicking my ass lately, especially from my latest trip to Mandalay Bay. So, my plan was to just walk around and see what was new, play some new penny slots, get something to eat, shoot the $hit with some of the dealers, try my luck on one HL slot and then head home. This quick visit ended being pretty eventful and had I thought to whip out my phone, I would have had a good number of penny slot porn. Unfortunately, no penny slot handpays, so just never considered the phone...wish I did now though.

Anyways, first machine was some tall Buffallo penny slot, with a tall screen. Stuck a ben in and after a few spins, I got some free spins. That hundred turned into $600-some. I cashed out and went to some penny slot called Zuma. Stuck a ben in and went down pretty quick without any decent hits. Then, things started to turn and credits started piling up. I have no clue what is going on when playing penny slots the majority of the time, but eventually got the credits up to $200-some.

I cashed in my tito's and walked to the other side of the casino to check out what was new on that end. I jumped on some random penny machine, also a tall cabinet with a tall screen, but don't remember the name or symbols in it...lol. I basically made $25 on that one before I tito'd out and stuck the tito in the machine next to it. This next machine had the following symbols...airplanes, cruise ships, watch(?), and I forgot the others. It looked new to me so I tried it. After a decent amount of play, I managed to get a series of free spins. During the free spins stage, a section of tiles on the screen can get converted to WILD tiles or multipliers. By the time my last free spin came, I was down to one of those tiles left that was not yet converted. I dont know what would have happened if I hit it, but it ended up being left untouched...so close to all WILDs. I ended up cashing out $600-some on this penny machine. I then walked around and tried a few $1 Blazing 7's at $20 per machine...they all fizzled out.

I looked around to see if any of my favorite dealers were around, but none to be seen. Went to HL and decided to try some VP. Put a hundo in a multi-game machine and decided on $1 5-play DDB. I wasn't expecting much play at $25 per spin and only risking $100, and as such after some up and down, I cashed out $200. I walked out and saw some $1 slot that had a big "X" on the title. Stuck a ben in and got down to the last spin and need to add $5 to be able to play max spin...Bam! Last spin ended up getting me $1000! I love the 4-digit no w2g wins!

Now, i am feeling a little padded and decide to play some UTH very cautiously...mentally telling myself to run if it ends up going downhill. Buy in for $1000 and quickly go up $300 or so. A woman who was watching behind me decides to jump on the seat before mine. I should have taken this as a sign, but I am stubborn. Yup...she starts getting my hands and is winning the next series of hands consistently and I am now down $400. I color up and move tables. I take the last seat on the next table and quickly go on a run. I took my -$400 to +$750 on this table, so colored up and walked.

After cashing in the chips, I went back to HL. Holy crap! The HL slots were lit up like a 5-alarm fire scene! $25 and $100 machines were locked up with handpays! One guy had 3 handpays pending! I quickly stuck a ben into the first $25 Quick Hit that was available. First spin...blank. Second spin...



$5000! I'll take it!

It took awhile to get paid, since there were so many waiting to get paid in front of me, so foolishly, I tried a few more HL slots. Ended up donating $1000 back trying to hit a few $100 slots, including the same machine from the first post of this thread.

Slowly clawing back my loss from MB...lol.

Nice. Just for my own knowledge, if you get 3 Quick Hits in any position, it pays the progressive, and if you get the 3 in a line, it pays $250K. Is that correct?

I still struggle how to see how that payout breakdown works. Such a huge difference in payout between two scattered and three scattered QH.

 

All I know is 2 scattered occurs a lot...I mean A LOT!

 

Yeah...i just recently played this game, in $ version, and hit the 2QH like 10 times...unfortunately never hit the 3QH scattered for ~$1000...

 

For anyone interested in a quick update on how much of the jackpot winnings has been lost...

I dropped around $20k during my latest Vegas trip. Maybe $3000 of it on slots and the rest playing Carney games. I have made some of those losses back from several small hand pays from the local casinos and have been at break-even, playing UTH locally...some decent sized wins countered with decent size losses. Overall, I'd say I have given back around $10k-$15k since hitting the jackpot. I have two vegas trips in January, one being a full week, so hopefully I won't dump everything on those trips...lol.
