This trip started as just my usual 2 night/3 day quick trip to relax with pool time, triple play bartop VP, craps and hopefully meet up with VMB'ers. Then, I realized that I was overdue for a visit to my kids in Atlanta. (Yes, I did just spend time with Kiddo in Disneyland over spring break, but that hadn't been nailed down when I booked this trip, and it's been a few months since I've seen Kid-A). I'll have work right up until I have to leave for the airport in the morning. I keep getting messages that my flight is oversold and they want volunteers to change to another flight. Nope, not gonna do that! I just got Gold with MGM, so first trip with that status. Looking forward to no resort fees! Other than the usual, I'm planning to go up to Wynn and match to their Platinum before the matching offer ends. I've got a red-eye booked to ATL Tuesday, so I get almost two full Vegas days.
Packing was a bit more complicated than usual! Longer trip, plus the various activities that my kids have planned (horseback riding, line dancing, and the Georgia Renaissance Faire!) led to a very stuffed suitcase.
I’m also in the woooo Vegas camp and totally feel you on the packing for multiple trips! Maybe see you this trip too lol
First thing I noticed in the room was the coffee maker! Pool time—NoMad pool is lovely but there’s no afternoon shade. We’ll see how long I last before the beautiful shade of the Park pool beckons.

I think I actually prefer the Park pool-more shade. But the NoMad pool is quiet and has a different vibe.
