We will be in Vegas at the end of June finally. My wife loves liver and onions. Can anyone recommend a good restaurant that serves this either the strip or downtown?
    Thanks

I think Siegel's at El Cortez might be your only hope. I wanna say they have it on special sometimes, if you can imagine such a thing.

I can't imagine wanting something badly enough to put up with the service there!

Chef Carol's is just north of downtown on MLK.

I believe Tuscany has a restaurant that serves it as well but can't think of the name of the place.

Marilyn's at Tuscany has it. I had it years ago and it was excellent, hope it still is. Will get it again when I can get back to Vegas. Ordered it with double mashed potatoes for the sides, anything else would have ruined it.

Not on main strip, but Primarily Prime Rib at Southpoint used to have it and it was excellent. Can't guarantee it is on the post covid menu.

The menu on the website does not list it.

Thanks everyone for the help. I think I will take her to Marilyn's at Tuscany.

Check in on that meal at Tuscany's as we have heard many positive comments about the food. Have a great time.
