i never noticed any mention of skill level. I did notice you mentioned cost efficient. Staying nearer to Vegas you could try Chimera or Rhodes Ranch. Usually a decent reduced price on golf now. Also a nice course is Spanish Trail if they are still allowing non members to book. All three are within 20 minutes to 30 minutes of strip. Check Golf now for latest deals, we used to book the night before play for the best deals. Also a car rental from airport is the best option for travel.
