Yeah… I know better. When it gets closer to bed I’ll go back up (probably?) If I hit a royal flush on one credit I’ll have a lot of emotions which is the main issue

    2 lines, 3 coins?

Man, you really are opposed to betting 5 coins aren't you? :D

Basically, “risk/reward” … the more you bet, the more you win …. Although, the more you bet, the faster your bankroll goes away …. lol.

Yeah I like the excitement of a big hit but I feel pretty good about breaking even + having multiple comped beers. I’m still learning and am happy to see multiple casinos vs busting on one and going back :)

    Alright, I’m at the airport!

    Final thoughts:
-I really enjoyed NYNY, enough that I would stay there again
-It was way easier to find .25 bar VP than I thought it would be
-Favorite VP was probably at Bellagio. Least favorite was Venetian
-Next time I need to bring my heavy duty hand lotion - the dry air plus washing them frequently destroyed me

Coin in at Bellagio: $310 (ended +$1.25 there)
Coin in at NYNY: $2900 (ended -$250, that also includes $100 in group slot play so personally it’s more like -$190)

I’m down probably another… $100? from non MGM properties. Overall for the hours and hours I played I’m very happy with that.

Thanks to everyone who gave me tips or advice! In my Uber on the way to the airport I was already trying to decide when I could come back :)

Nice! $3200 coin in on video poker, for a first timer, isn't bad! You'll probably get a few discount, or maybe even comp offers, in a couple of months!

Great report! Enjoy all the reports but first timers are always extra special. Props for not worrying about bet size and just having fun.

Yeah not too bad considering I was at .25 per bet a lot of yesterday hahaha.

I’m going to see if I get anything and also keep up with the MyVegas apps and comp myself that way if I don’t get any offers.

Thanks! Had a great time, especially last night when I just bopped from VP to VP. And there is still so much I haven’t seen!

You will absolutely get something , even if it's just slight discounts. How many Tier Credits did you earn?

Looks like 3300 but I’m not sure hotel has posted yet? I don’t know how to tell if it has, I put two (small) meals on there too.

Meals post right away, hotel charges are usually the next morning.

Regardless, the 3300 is what matters. Only gambling tier credits impact offers. If that 3300 is all from gambling, thats around $412 of theoretical loss, so you would see around $123ish of comps. Not enough for a free room, but MGM seems to be a bit more generous lately with room comps.

You might even get some freeplay and resort credit for your next trip!

I loved your TR cuz your personality shined through:). Reminds me of another VMBer here lol. I wish you weren’t leaving cuz there’s a meetup tonight and its so fun meeting other VMBers! Of course, Vegas is a LOT to take in, but you did a lot!

Safe travels and let us know your next trip plans!

Woah! You’re so full of info. Alright! I’ll see what comes of it in a couple months! I have a friend who wants to visit but that also means less VP for me so I may have to break off and come solo before then haha.

I saw that meet up, bummer! I thought about extending but I already feel like I’ve been here 5 years haha. Probably could have done one less day, though mixing it with a conference was a lot too. Have fun tonight!!

This was fun to follow along, thanks for sharing!!

forgot to ask, while at the bellagio sports bar, did you have the bartender with the Elvis side burns and glasses? Or the one who looks kind of like Fred Gwynn (Herman Munster)? Two of my favorites (although haven’t had a bad bartender there).
