    Hello everyone!

Have an upcoming trip to Vegas for a bachelor party on Cinco De Mayo Weekend. We are staying at the Venetian for the weekend and I was looking to find out where are the best spots to watch sporting events, specifically major boxing or UFC fights. Canelo is fighting at the T-Mobile arena that weekend but I wasn't sure if Sportsbooks and Bars actually show the events or do you need to be at specific venues for a watch party. Appreciate any feedback and help

    Thank you!

I think the best sports book on the Strip is actually at the Westgate. Just take the monorail north. Last stop is the Westgate.

I would be shocked if any sports book is showing a ppv. Buffalo Wild Wings has a deal to show UFC fights but I don’t know if is blacked out in Las Vegas. Maybe off strip a bar might show the boxing match but be prepared to pay a decent cover.

Agreed. UFC events at BW3 are the only free PPV events I can think of. I'm sure the Canelo card will be shown at various locations around the city, but there will be a cover.

The Wynn usually shows the UFC stuff. Beautiful sports book, awesome screens.

First, excellent choice going out there Cinco de Mayo Weekend. I went to two Canelo fights on Cinco de Mayo weekend (Jacobs and Bivol). Make sure you go to T-mobil the day before the fight. They have all kinds of stuff going on outside the arena. Make sure the bachelor takes some pics with the ring girls. There used to be a boxing Fan Fest type thing at the convention center that Saturday where you got a chance to meet retired and current fighters. I met Haney, Hearns, Marquez, Spence, and RJJ, among others. I am not sure if they brought it back after covid.

As far as where to watch the fight, BW3 may have it. Blondie's at Miracle Mall usually has the UFC PPVs. I was told the sportsbooks are not allowed to show the boxing PPVs. But I did have a buddy stay at The STRAT during a UFC PPV night and he said Chickie & Pete's showed it. I think that's the name of the sports bar at the strat. Have fun.
