    yes, but it's still bad form to cash out, leave the table with a bunch of winnings and then buy back in an hour later at the same table for a low amount.

    its usually an 1hr wait period. So if you leave a table cashing out for more then the max, and come back within an hour. they will make you either wait, or buy back in for whatever you cashed out.

    In Vegas its pretty rare for someone to do that,
