How much time to allow for fine dining dinner?

How much time should we allow to have dinner in a fine dining restaurant like Picasso or Le Cirque assuming we'd do a full tasting menu or a la carte.

depending on how much your drinking, 3 hours is a good guess ,it could be longer , definalty 2 hours

 

If you don't have to be anywhere after the dinner then just play it as it goes.

If so, at least 90 minutes...maybe 2 hours, depending on what's going on after your meal.

Fine dining in Vegas is fantastic. Sit back, relax and enjoy.

Picasso usually runs about 2-2.5 hours for me. You could get it done more quickly, but I like to sit and relax with my first cocktail before even getting the meal started, and then take my time with the various courses, spend time staring out the window at the fountains, etc. A place like that is about the whole experience, not just the food.

 

My wife and I take 2 to 3 hours for a multi-course meal. The 3 hours dinner occurs if different wines are paired with each course - and doing dessert with coffee(s) as well.
