Would anyone ride this?

I found this going around on facebook. I am wondering if anyone would do this. I would not do any ride hanging off a building where all you see below you is the ground, but I am not afraid to try the rollercoaster on top in the middle. This is on the Stratosphere .

My wife rode it (Insanity) and loved it. The claw is swung out over the edge in a closed position. Then, as it rotates and centrifugal force builds, it opens up.

If you read the comments posted on the video, they say its fake and the person who posted the video admitted it too. There is also no way I will ride it anyway. I rather spend money on roller coasters.

 

I rode it. Wouldnt do it again. To me it was kind of boring. It spins so fast that you really cannot enjoy the view. The big shot is much more fun and intense.

Plan on riding this and all the rides on my first trip to Vegas.

 

I wouldn't get on any ride up there, especially this one which shoots you to a screeching halt over the edge 3 times. Once facing up, once facing out, and a terrifying once facing down.

 

Have done all 3 rides on the Stratosphere and also done the Sky jump as well, I would of like to have done the rollercoaster on there, but it had long gone before my first visit.

My girl said she's gonna ride insanity and big shot..... I'll stand and watch haha

 

We'll be there this Sunday thru Thursday and I'm planning on finally giving The STRAT rides a shot.

Any suggestions on the best prices would be appreciated.

 

When I did the rides you could get different packages which was Tower admission plus 1,2or 3 rides and you can buy tickets on top of the tower should you want to ride any of the rides again. If you are staying at the Stratosphere then your admission to the tower is free, not sure if you get discount on the rides though.

I've done the big shot multiple times, it's best at night.

As to the question, no, only because round and round rides make me puke, and that wouldn't be good for the people down below.
