We will be in Vegas the week after Easter and are looking for a place to have a cocktail during Happy Hour before we do dinner. Would love to watch the sunset or the lights come on the strip. Good happy hour promotions would be nice, but a laid back atmosphere with something to look at out the window would be our priority. I've read about MIX at MB and that seems perfect. Are there any others like it?

My choice is the main patio at Foundation Room ( on top of the Mandalay Bay tower). Great place to watch the sunset.

Mandarin Oriental has a nice bar/lounge on the (I think) 29th floor with large windows and a great view of the southern strip.

For a less fancy option, the second floor of Twin Peaks actually has a darn nice view of the strip.

Love MO's bar, but I don't think they have a happy hour.

We're a sucker for the Bellagio Fountains. So Hyde.... but not sure about a happy hour, if they even have one...
