For the folks who say two shows each night are too many - this is how I start my planning. As tickets become available, I narrow down the options. Compulsive? Maybe a little...

    I like it!

Le Reve backstage tour is only $250? I may need to buy that at that price!

Plenty of time for shows, even two shows in a night. We have no problem fitting in shows and have lots of time for gambling/eating/pool/drinking and a little sleeping.

I enjoy LV theater as well, though not as intense as you! That's another thing so nice abot LV, something for everyone. And yes, planning gets a lot more done in the limited time you have in LV. Enjoy!

I love how you get organized. Reminds me of how I do things although I reserve the tickets and am essentially "locked into" a time. Shows are certainly one of the highest priorities in Vegas next to getting amazing room deals. The only thing you see on my planning calendar are rooms and shows. However, my itinerary is dense with a vast array of things. Watching 3 shows a day is completely possible in Vegas. it's so awesome. During my trip, there is always at least one day that I am watching something like 3 shows. Love it!

Aren't those days just the best? I've had quite a few days with 3 shows, but only when I include an afternoon one. The afternoon ones just aren't as good. Is that how you do it? Any you'd recommend?

It's actually $249 including a premium seat for the show. I just hope it's a good experience as I'd have to use my 7pm time slot for the show.

It's true: the "good stuff" starts at 7pm! afternoon shows are usually not as good normally. "Late" afternoon shows are usually better (i.e., instead of 1pm or 2pm, 5:30pm!)

But here are some I enjoy in the afternoon:

Variety of plays at the Las vegas little theatre (in the chinatown area up the street from Gold coast)

Menopause the Musical (at Luxor at 5:30pm--I would watch this again)

B-A Tribute to the beatles (PH, 5:30p--throughly enjoyed it!)

Legends in Concert (Flamingo, 4pm--good for one-time only fun)

I remember they had once the 48 hour show card
I purchased it and saw 6 or even 7 shows in 2 days ( i think it was threeyears ago for 98 $)
Most shows on the strip i have already seen
Shows i dont plan but if i feel like it and on the day itself its always much cheaper ( i felt like seeing shania twain and just informed at caesars theatre itself a few hours before star and got 20$off not much i know but i gladly took it)
Tixet4tonight also sometimes have great discounts on the day of the show itself
But i surely understand you want to plan all must see shows in a schedule

By the way most shows look fine
George wallace and improv were to me both a bit lame
For george( flamingo) i liked vinnie favorito better( saw him three times)
For improv (harrahs if im not mistaken) i would choose legends ( always a good show):peace:

I've seen George Wallace and loved it. I heard his show is closing. Haven't seen Vinnie, but may check him out.

I've seen Legends and thought it was an unbelievably lousy show. Would definitely not do that again.

I appreciate the feedback and may remove Improv from my list - it was an option only because late night doesn't have as many shows.

Improv - as with any show that has a rotating schedule of comedians - could be good or could suck, and it could be both in the same hour- just depending on who is performing that week:peace:

Shows have become a big deal for me too! I used to hate it, I think I saw too many bad ones back in the day. But they are much better quality these days. I think I saw 5 or 6 last year.

On your list LOVE Boyz II Men, Jersey Boys and Carrot Top!
