On my rate calendar, it's listing every Sunday-Thursday as available comp days. How do I know how many days I can comp? This is probably a really stupid question, so I apologize in advance of the answer.

Maybe for high rollers. For me, the number of days will vary by the CET property & room type I select. e.g For Caesar's Palace Augustus Deluxe Queen, I may only get 2 or 3 nights.

CET will normally comp up to 5 consecutive nights.

So pick any consecutive nights you want to stay, check the boxes for them, and then on the left side it will say "Get Trip Price".

If the price is zero, there you go, 5 nights. If it's not zero, peel off a day from one end or the other and then click the Get Trip Price button again.

Just go into "reservations" & plug in your dates for LV / all hotels.....you may get 5 nites and sometimes even some weekend dates. It is much better than looking at the calendar. It will list a cost / comp at every CET property for the dates you want.

Probably all. If you want some other days, put them in and see what the charge is. Maybe it will be $40? Try and see.

What's the difference between a comp and a partial comp? I'm getting different labels for different days.

    Comp is for free days.

Partial comp will mean either discounted for certain days, or some of the days are comped, the others are not.

If you go further into the booking process you will get the final price.

I'm trying to figure this out because I click on the days I want and it says $0 per day, but then I go further in and it's quoting me a price. It's very confusing. I'm wondering if it's automatically adding a promo price instead of using the comp.

Not sure where the price is from, but could it be resort fees? At gold level you can be comped rooms but are still subject to the fees.
Also if you are using an offer code, the rooms may be listed as some comped and some as free.

You know what's also weird about the rate calendar? If I pick just one day (like for example a Friday), it will give me the listed price for the day. However, if I pick a second day (like a Saturday), it increases the price of the first day. Anybody know what's going on here? I am awfully confused by this. It seems like they are trying to dissuade me from staying for more than one day.

it gives you the avarage , comp divided buy actualy rate.

That's not what it's doing, though. It's massively increasing the price on the rooms. It's adding together the price of the two days and doubling the sum. It's crazy.

Yeah, I think I need to talk to them over the phone because if I simply choose the Thursday, it's completely comped, but if I choose Thursday and Friday, then suddenly I have to pay for Thursday and I don't get the partial comp for Friday. This makes no sense at all.

Partial Comp can include 0% comped. Like if you selected only that day, you'd get it partially comped, but by adding another day at full comp, you've used up your available comp $ and so it's charging you full price for the second day.

I think paper is closest to the likely scenario; depending on which screen you're looking at, it can present the total price as an average.

But none of us can see exactly what you're doing, so call.

I can select a few days and it is $0 and says "partially comped" but that is due to the fact I still have to pay resort fees to verify what someone else said.

I am pretty sure resort fees do not show in the online booking.

Your best bet to find all the various pricing scenarios is to try them.

Try night 1, then night 2, then night 3

then night 1 and 2, then night 1,2 and 3

Now suddenly my comps are gone completely. I don't understand this system at all. Nothing has changed since yesterday.
