I have not received any free room offer Mailers from Southpoint for Feb/March. Has anyone received them? Thanks in advance for any responses.

    They send mailers?
Stayed there back in October for 2 nights. Earned over 1000 points each day, and have yet to see a single offer from them.
Was hoping for some free rooms. I really like the place!

Thank you very much for the reply. That is the mailer that I am hoping to receive. The last mailer was for NOV/DEC/JAN for two free nights.

SP is stingy with their mailers. I've played there quite a bit, and never get anything.

Make sure they didn't mess up your mailing address. When I signed up, they put in my street address on my ID, didn't pay attention to me telling them I had a PO box, got that fixed and I get their "tourist" quarterly mailer now.

I you aren't getting offers, nothing wrong with cold emailing one of their hosts either, they are listed on their website.

With that being said, I haven't recieved my mailer for Feb either, but they don't usually come till 2 or 3 days before the first of the month.

As jpw stated, contact someone. Doesn't hurt. Find out what is needed from you. With us, it was 'we like it here, we are going to play at SP casino, and what do we have to do to get offers?' It did take several trips there to get the offers coming.

I am anxiously waiting for my mailer. I often do not receive it until the month has started. Next one will be for Feb/Mar/Apr....and my dates are for April. It is hard to get on their list. You have to spend more than you would at CET props and if you don't show up again for over a year you get dropped. My husband only received them the first year and then stopped...since he started using my card to make us look like higher rollers. Since they only send them out 4 times a year...depending on when you played there...it can feel like a long time before you see anything.

Another point...if you do get a mailer. Keep track of it! Since it is good for 3 months you can forget about it. You will not get another one and I do not get emails. At check-in you MUST show it and they do keep it on file until you checkout. I had an issue last trip with them misplacing my card. If there is a possibility you will use it, guard it with your life.

I get a mailer every 3-4 months, and it is usually not very good. I can contact my host and get a suite comped and most of my food comped. I don't even mess with the flyers.

Received mailer today for Feb to April. 2 free nites weekend too $40 slot credits and $40 resort credits per month. On bottom says Spring bonus dinner for two in Don Vitos or Primarily Prime Rib plus additional $25 free play each month. An upgrade from previous offers of two nites Sun to Thurs. and $15 slot credits and 0 resort credits for last year or so. Already have suite comp and $200 Food for Feb trip, but extra slot and resort credits are a good bonus.

Wait until they have an internet sale (about one per quarter) that you will get via e-mail.

Book a mid-level room pay for it and then on the last day of your stay call the host and see what they will comp for you. A thousand points a day will get your something...not that much but, if your play warrants, they are very liberal with comping the room. You have to play more to get food and services comped.

Thanks neighbor! I may have to try that next time. :nworthy:
Giving up on CET after this next trip and moving my play elsewhere.

    Really like SouthPoint though.
