MyVegas Your account seems to be invalid. (mobile, android)

Anyone else get this on their mobile app? Android, in my case.

Kinda scary, I don't want to delete my account. I'm going to email support, but I'm just wondering if this happened to anybody else.

I edited out the support code in the pic.

 

Just tried mine. Works fine. I just did an update this morning too.

Strange. If this ends up deleting my account with 297,000 loyalty points... then I'll be one unhappy camper.

(I haven't tapped reset yet)

support replied with instructions on system requirements for the pc/mac version.

 

I had that happen once, but I don't remember exactly what I did to fix it. But don't reset your account. I think I killed the app and re-opened it and it has been working since.

 

I just let it close itself. It works now, didn't have to reset the account.

Now my original post looks just plain paranoid. :evillaugh

Here's what myvegas support said about resetting:

Hey there and good day,

As long as you have logged into (and synched) with Facebook on your mobile device, you should be able to reset your status, re-connect with Facebook , and you should be good to go. If you have never connected and synched with Facebook, there is no way for us to keep records of an anonymous account.

My g/f and I have been lazy over syncing to facebook. But she had her mobile game reset tonight! She probably had 6k LP on it. Unfortunately your response doesn't give me much hope for her. I immediately synced my account to facebook.

 

Same thing happened to us this morning, we were finally able to get it to work in the afternoon. They must have had problems.

 

I'm assuming they did...anyone linked to facebook was okay...but anyone not is likely screwed considering don's support response. The support response message my g/f got was clearly from someone not fluent in English. The person thought my g/f actually purchased chips? lol

I was fortunate enough to link my account last night without issue. I'd recommend everyone else to do the same, otherwise all your progress might be wiped because there is some type of "bug".

 

It looks like they did some kind of update on the 13th for the game... mine uninstalled itself.
