Only if I can get it in a 40. I would love to walk into the HL room holding a 40 and then proceed to sit at a BJ table and play and drink the 40. Wonder if I would be asked to leave or since I was betting they would turn a blind eye on this move.

 

I will definitely post a mid-afternoon update tomorrow. Let's figure out then who will be around Cosmo tomorrow evening. I'm thinking probably start around 10 or 11 pm

I just looked at the numbers and I will be 9 hours in the air round trip and only 39 hours in Vegas. So you know I am going balls to the wall!!

How lame is it that I rented Hangover 3 from iTunes to watch on the flight out.

I rented it on Delta last week as I never saw it. Waste of 6 bucks.

Since I am flying usairways they have no IFE even in first. So iTunes rental is my only option.

 

Pre-Arrival Update:

Well, at least I can say I am on my way. Heavy fog in Nashville delayed everything this morning. So the flight left about an hour late. Nevertheless, I grabbed a good window seat, took an hour nap, and now I'm updating thanks to online wifi.

I'm obsessed with the SW flight tracker. For some reason, I really like to know where I am above the country. And for this flight, I'm noticing that the plane is taking a different route to Vegas than usual. We are in the middle of Kansas! I have a feeling that means we are going to hit some bumps above the rockies. Oh boy. Update more later .....

 

Very jealous. I'm sitting at my desk waiting for a conference call.

 

I am also still at work as I don't leave until 6pm est landing las 8pm pst. Guess I will check if I have any weather delays.

UKFanatic, don't even debate about betting smaller. If you're still having fun than its a no-brainer in my opinion. Other big players have said here that once they stepped up their play it was hard to have fun at lower levels, so if that isn't the case for you than you might as well take advantage of it before it DOES become the case for you as well. We all know there's a cost to this game.

Besides, it will only make it more interesting to see how these other schlubs finagle $500 shots if no one's play warrants it. :evillaugh

And you guys better not pull any of the "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" bullshit. For all intents and purposes consider this site an extension of Vegas, so full disclosure!

Open book here so don't worry chicken. It's going to get ugly. Plus I don't drink $500 shots so no need for me to worry. Best I can do is high end vodka and high end craft brews.

 

PBB mini bottle of vodka and about 2 ounces of sprite. Wow this is strong. FA is making sure we are well taking care of so my bet is on the over.
