When booking my August trip through a host, she told me that I could have 4 nights in a suite plus $200 in freeplay. I gave her the dates and thanked her. Then today I got a mailer that says I have $120 in freeplay. I'm assuming the host loads my card with the $200 (never had freeplay before) and I was wondering if I would be able to use the $120 voucher by taking it to the player's club desk. Or does using one FP offer negate the use of another?
Not really knowing your circumstances, it's hard to say. My guess is that if your host has already promised you $200, you probably won't be eligible for the additional $120.00 at this time. And if you are, your host will probably need to be the one to authorize it since he or she has already booked your comp. Still, it never hurts to nicely ask. You can shoot your host a polite email asking if the freeplay associated with a recent promotion you received can be applied to your existing freeplay. However, I would recommend you wait until you get to Vegas, play awhile, burn the $200 freeplay you've got, and then find your host and ask if you're eligible for any additional freeplay. This has worked for me on several occasions.
Help us help you. Which casino? If the mail offer an actual stick in the machine coupon, or just an offer?
Stratosphere and it's a coupon with a code on it. Also has 4 nights in an upgraded room coupon but since I'm already getting 4 in a suite I'm obviously not using that one. Says to see Ace play for complete details.
