    I've actually seen this yacht! I live near the piers where the cruise ships dock, saw this one and thought it was strange that it was there. Didn't realize it's the world's largest yacht. Surprising that he thinks it's safer than staying on land -- didn't realize security was that tight over there.

    I worked in those two tallest buildings in the first picture. One is 55 Water Street and the other is 1NY Plaza. I use to have view of the Statue of Liberty from my office at 1NY Plaza. Over may years I saw just about everything pass.

    the top two are from my buddies view, the bottom two are my view.

    saturdays are the best because of the cruise ships coming and going and you can see 5-6 helicopters minimum at any given time.

    He came down the river and parked there by the statue for at leat 5-6 hours today. Amazing how tall that yacht is from ground level. Pretty impressive looking. Kind of drawfs the Staten Island Ferry.
