Well I have stayed at Planet Hollywood a few times and am a Diamond member. So I focused a lot of my play there but don't tend to get any offers because comped rooms on most occasions and that's about it. Does anyone else get good offers for their play there? I'm trying Bally's out this time to see if I get anything from there. I mean I've been to other casinos for a weekend and I'll get offers of $20.00 free slot play, dining vouchers, etc. But Planet Hollywood seems a little stingy? Anyone else think so? I mean I don't have a problem in my local casino if I'm playing to ask for a food voucher or buffet ticket and they give it to me. I was playing BJ at PH betting 25-50 a hand and asked and they said they don't do that. Not sure if I was low rolling too much or what.

From what I've seen, this is just the CET vegas props in general. They have a low bar to get comps or cheap rates from the rate calendar, but don't generally bother with upping the offers from there (to include food, beverages, etc) unless you're a much bigger player.

I haven't tried asking for comps from a pit boss so really can't comment there. I didn't think it was not allowed, but for lower players they might well just do it off your rewards credits anyway.

I am only Platinum with CET but generally do not concentrate on one property (kinda all over the map). I have played at PH before and receive free play offers (i think it is $100 in reel rewards), Miracle Mile Shops Gift Card, Free tickets to shows and etc. I think they just also sent out free tickets to Don Henley as well for September.

I agree that you're probably just seeing the CET/Toward Rewards formula at work. Used to get room/play/food/show offers from them regularly until CET took over and phased them out pretty quickly. Now I just get discounted/sometimes free room offers (plus I can use my points there like anywhere else in the CET network).

Play at Ballys or PH. I don't think it matters. Offers will be the same. Unlike MGM (somewhat) - it does appear that individual casinos do different offers at CET. You just go into the big marketing pot for all of Vegas.

And, you do know that offers are based on ADT, not on Plat, Diamond, etc. Right?

And rooms can be had pretty much anytime SEPARATE from offers.

Guessing your offers are based on your ADT...Diamond is not the issue. Someone can go 1 or 2 times a year and be platinum and another person can go to a "local" CET prop 12 times a year and be Diamond, the Platinum can have a higher ADT than the Diamond. That is my guess.

I just turned Diamond last week so I know my offers are based on my ADT and not my tier level. I have been getting great offers all year. My play started at Rio and my comps are for any casino and tower including weekends, concerts, shows, shopping sprees, free play and tournaments for example. I am a slot player and I am local, so maybe that is the difference.
