Has anyone experienced any of the sights/sounds of Carnevale at the Venetian? My husband and I are thinking of swinging by for the nightly parade when we visit LV next month, and are wondering if it is worthwhile, since we'll be staying elsewhere on The Strip. Any thoughts or reactions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

we never found time to get to the parade at 8pm every night, but we did stroll around venetian last week specifically for carnevale. i didn't notice anything different except there were a few kids' activities throughout and an art display near the entrance of Palazzo (by the waterfall). in my opinion, it is a waste of time to go just for that alone. but we like venetian in general, so we didn't mind walking around a bit. the parade might be nice though.
