Are there buffet coupons available anywhere? Going to Vegas in September.

Join FourSquare. There is a screen for a $5 coupon for most of the CET buffets - Planet Hollywood, Paris, Flamingo, IP, Harrah's and Rio. (Caesar's buffet currently closed I believe, and Bally's is closed)

Just show the coupon picture at the Total Rewards booth at each hotel and they give you a $5 coupon good at the Buffet. Some booths just hand you a coupon, others record your TR #, and one issued a separate hand written voucher.
In several cases, I just copied the coupon screen to my camera (looks like a phone), and showed them the screen with the picture of the coupon and asked for the Foursquare coupon.

If you stay at one of the CET properties, you generally get a 20% off one of the buffets as well.

i keep forgetting about foursquare! quick question: you mentioned that you generally get 20% off if you're staying at a CET property. how do you get that 20%? we are staying at bally's and plan to eat at the paris buffet one day, so any discount is good for us. thanks!

 

i think they post them very close to the current coupons' expiration date. i believe they are generally good for 3 months...someone correct me if i'm wrong. we went in september last year and had no trouble getting them before our trip.

 

I stayed at Flamingo and Bill's last month and both stays they gave me a sheet (of mostly useless) coupons. They both contained a 20% off Flavors buffet at Harrah's. Last year I stayed at Flamingo and Rio and they both contained buffet discount coupons.

 

Problem is I am going for the 1st of July :S hopefully they'll update it before then. I am going to Bally's as well... how did you get that countdown?

 

oh i asked for those last year when we stayed at bally's and paris, and they said those coupon books were only for people who booked through travel agents. i booked through their hotel website, so no coupons for me . guess it doesn't hurt for me to ask again when we get to bally's.

ah, well keep checking every day until your trip. sometimes they surprise you and get the new ones out before the current ones expire. and fyi, they don't accept screen shots on your phone. you have to turn in a physical coupon at the rewards desk to get the voucher.

i was quoting rambo when i mentioned the print outs. the ones you must print out are the fse coupons; i know you don't have to print anything out for foursquare. sorry for the confusion!
