    Sounds fun and exhausting.

Please don't get shanked at the Aztec Inn.

I recently watched a documentary about the Barkley Marathons. Pretty impressive what people will do to challenge themselves, and I am rooting for your challenge!

I am rooting for you! I've done similar things, I call them casino crawls and I do them when I'm losing and want to kill time by being out. My limit is usually $20 per casino. I've never made it to every place I plan because I crap out. But you are not me so gooooooooooooooooo.

Sometimes you just climb the mountain because it's there. Best of luck and goodspeed.

Nice list. You listed Stage Door, so if you stretch what a casino is, you could also hit a few other bars/gas stations along the way that have video poker and aren’t technically casinos.

If you go a bit south of Westgate before Fontainebleau, you can pick up Mardi Gras.

The strip club circuit seems valid — adding Play it Again Sam and Peppermint Hippo to Club Platinum — but only at night and could have a cover.

Sand Dollar inside Plaza would still be worthy (like Margaritaville RIP inside Flamingo), then if you do end up doing Sam’s, the original Sand Dollar is there along with the other strip club near Rio (Jaguar? They keep changing the name/ownership).

But yeah, I’d definitely include Rio/Gold Coast/Palms. You’ve already gone through Naked City at this point, so Caesars to Rio is nothing.

Good luck! I’ll be following. I once tried “win $100 in blackjack and drink at every downtown casino” and started at Main Street, then the Cal, then Las Vegas Club RIP, then ended at Plaza where I blew the whole bankroll and was too drunk to remember my ATM pin.

I love this! Is it daunting and a tad crazy, yep. Should you give it a go, 1000% yes.

It’s not like you’ll get your thumbs cut off if you don’t finish it. No matter what, it will be a fun experience.

I like this. Enjoying booze along the way adds a nice level of difficulty imo, good luck!

Appreciate all the replies, and different points of view.

To add a bit more context, I will be returning to Vegas for a week a few weeks later with my wife and also meeting a couple of childhood friends from back home in the UK for a 'proper' holiday. Won't be doing any mad challenges or anything it'll be a normal trip, pools, shows, food etc

I came very close to cancelling the 3 night trip but I've been thinking about trying to do this challenge for a while and it's a perfect opportunity to do it.

I get that it may seem like a waste of a day, and definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but for me I love to walk, see casinos I've never seen, walk routes I've never been on etc. I don't see it as a waste at all. I'm quite excited by it.

Another reason I want to do it is, I've been watching a LOT of Vegas vlogs over the last couple of years and I've always wanted to do one myself. I have tried, and failed. I just don't have the discipline or patience to Vlog every meal, slot bonus etc. I always start off filming and then ultimately forget, get too hungover or lose interest. I think if I am to dedicate one day to filming, with a task/challenge to do then it will be easier for me!

I think when I edit the video together I'll add some fun things to the screen like a casino countdown, time remaining, money won/lost and drinks consumed lol.

I also have lots of crazy Vegas stories from over the years that I plan on putting in as I wander around to add another element to it.

Along the lines of what @Travel Fanatic suggested, I think it would be quirky to gamble at every slot machine in a casino (ideally a very small casino).. or perhaps at a gas stations/groceries.
Or, think of it like a scavenger hunt, where the goal is to find the oldest or most vintage slot machine available in a Strip casino.

slap on your running shoes and do it for time... try to break 6 hours...

BTW - my "Let's go to every casino on the strip and gamble and drink" challenge with my brother-in-law about 2 decades ago lasted 2 casinos... of course there was no time limit so technically this is still going on...

To each their own. The drinking component might be a stone in your shoe. I had a difficult time walking from Flamingo back to Cromwell after some drinking as I recall. Best of luck and will follow along.

That sounds both ambitious and somewhat fun at the same time. Don't let the nay-sayer discourage you. If you make it yea, cool etc.. If you don't okay you didn't. Good luck and please try to frequently update your adventure.

Every trip I take one day and walk from MB to the Strat gambling $20 in video poker in each casino along the strip. I don't go "off strip" so no Ellis Island or Virgin or Westgate. It takes me 6-8 hours depending if I stop to eat. I really enjoy it as it slows my spending for the day, I get a good workout, and sometimes I actually win a little. The first time I did it I hit a Royal at my last stop, The Strat, for $1k. which kind of hooked me in to repeat the journey over and over again. I stop in walgreens or cvs a couple times along the way and pick up a Gatorade. Usually its about 12-12.5 miles walking. Have Fun!

@IBThePenny Thats amazing! Glad I'm not the only one who finds this appealing lol. 6-8 hours is good going! As mentioned in original post it took me over 11 hours to do the whole strip gambling $40 per casino

Not clear if you plan to video with your phone or a go pro? I would say a gopro with a harness so that you don’t have to hold the phone the whole time

very ambitious but in my head, it doesn’t seem super difficult. I also like to walk so I feel like I could do the walking but as others have mentioned, hopefully there is good weather and not super sunny to make it easier

Good luck and will be following along!

I’d consider possibly adding Double Down which isn’t to far from Silver Sevens and has respectable 7/5 Bonus Poker.
