So it seems these rooms are now bookable. Has anybody heard any feedback on the balcony versions of this room?

I saw on one of the live streamers the other day when they were walking past the hotel that it appeared to be limited to rooms on the end of the hallway the ones facing the fountains. Couldnt see any balconies on the other rooms. So number of balconies available may be limited and we know what that's going to mean for the price.

Pretty certain the top floor will also have balconies towards the end of construction. At least that’s what it looks like in the original blue prints. I was in a corner P room last week and they were moving along quickly with the walkway and roof transition.

Thanks for the update. I do keep wondering where they are going with that walkway. Shouldn't it be crossing the street lol

I think those have small Juliet type balconies, but they are sealed off as the railings wouldn't meet current code.
Might be more work if they need to demo those versus those they're adding.

I don’t think they are moving what’s already been constructed. It won’t be going directly across, it’s a bit of a zig zag. The connector portions just haven’t been built yet. But you will essentially go out of Paris across, hang a right down the longer portion (already built above the street) then a left into the east end of the Versailles where the elevators are.

correct, it wont be completely sideways lol, but they do have to move the structure, it cant go parallel to the buildings, so yes a more diagonal walkway

From the original plans we saw posted awhile back, it seems as though it will be running parallel other than the connector portions. IMG_0651.jpeg

didnt see that pic, I guess you can run it Parallel if you over engineer things lol, diagonal, straight shot would seem easier

Weird, I don’t see this listed as an option at all for any date at Paris.

Was curious about this as I was trying to figure out where these would be located so I booked a Versailles room as a test reservation to see if they were offered as an upgrade. They were, at a $165 a night up charge. Apparently they aren’t a separate category yet on the app (for me anyway), just available as an upgrade.

Ahhhhh wierd. It shows up as an upgrade option for my stay in the middle of June. Knowing Caesar's though it could also be an app error.

It's not an error. There are so few of them, that if any are left that aren't blocked by hosts/casino, then rooms will sell the upgrade for additional revenue. That's why it's only an upgrade option, and can't be confirmed in advance.

Yeah by my count there will only be something like 38 of them on the west-facing end of the building. I can't remember if they are adding any on the long sides or the other end.
