I've seen that message before this mess, but usually just hitting refresh or waiting 10 minutes it cleared up.
Yeah that shows up when the booking engine can't fetch the price. It's not really an admission of guilt
I had Vdara showing with no resort credit earlier this afternoon, with all other hotels showing a resort credit. An hour or so ago, things seemed to update, and the Vdara resort credit was back (and I booked it). So if you're missing something, maybe check and it might be back now!
...or maybe it will go away again in 30 minutes! I think this is the longest I've seen MGM offers glitching out.
Perhaps they implemented the comp bucket logic in the new system so that if your reservations total goes over your comp bucket value, then they don’t let you book for free anymore. Just a theory.
I asked my host to book a second trip using my May offer. My host said “Freeplay promotions can only be given once a month now. The freeplay rules have changed now.”
Well, the MGM website showed I could book a remodeled penthouse at Bellagio. Texted host asking him to book me in it. Got told even if the website showed it, I can't get it, it'd get denied at check in. Probably related to my lower play though, not a website issue. Hopefully.
Errr. But I can book those too and my play is lower than yours. Wonder if that Cypress suite I booked for July will be honored now.
I self-booked one of those for late September since Bellagio is hosting a tournament that weekend. (The one the hack forced them to canceled last year) Hopefully I won’t get a surprise downgrade at check-in!
I wonder if multiple reservations booked with offers pre May that did NOT have the FP on first trip only restriction, will be eligible for FP if play was maintained. I have an Oct trip booked with my April offer. I’ll ask host for FP.
Pretty sure is based on nights. I stop getting comp rates when I hit 8 nights for Luxor and for Aria at all but like Bellagio.
Your ADT this year is higher than mine and I’ve never gotten bumped from a penthouse suite reservation at Bellagio. I’m not saying it’s not possible, but I think your host is full of it.
I actually wonder if it’s not BS right now. Something is way off right now. Very low rated players are able to book some really high end suites atm. There is no way I should be able to get 4 nights it a cypress suite at my play levels. A friend who has an even lower offer level booked one too.
It may be, but CVP has over a million tier credits already this year (regardless of how he got them). I highly doubt he’s getting bumped from a penthouse suite. There are a LOT of them at Bellagio.
I booked a renovated Bellagio Suite last month because it’s the only room type I hadn’t stayed in there and I am going to be solo, but the renovated penthouse was available for me also. The value shows less than any of the Skysuites on the app for most dates.
