As I read the terms of purchasing FreePlay, it states you have to have a reservation on the property in order to redeem the FreePlay. I'm coming in early March, but not staying at any MGM properties and would like to purchase some freeplay, but it appears I can't do so. Is there any way around this?
Not just a hotel stay but they require a paid hotel stay. The exceptions are the MyKonomi free play rewards. If you have 3 premiums available you can do those 3 even if staying at CET property. (My Konami also has the regular free play rewards that require a stay. Its the generic looking ones for Bellagio,Aria, Park, Luxor and Mandalay Bay) Last I looked those were the 5 offered.
Can i purchase the bellagio 150$ free play and the aria 100$ when i am not staying at either hotel? Thanks
I'm staying multiple nights at mgm. I think i'm paying for the Saturday night stay. I guess it's a partial comp. Can I use Freeplay?

You don't need to actively play the game to use the rewards. Loyalty points sync between Konami and myVegas as long as you're signed in.
Two different apps, but they share loyalty points. The rewards shown are the same, except MyKonami has the MyKonami freeplay rewards exclusively available thru that app.
Correct. That's why I grab the Konami FreePlay reward through the Facebook link instead of going through downloading the app, linking my account to Facebook, etc.
We are staying at NYNY next month. We have two nights comped and we are paying a reduced rate for two more nights. The reservation is under my MGM card and my partner uses her card for the MyVegas rewards (I don't have facebook) Do we have any hope qualifying for the MyVegas $100 free play at NYNY or is the komani $25 offer our only option? To add a question to this. Via the myvegas app and looking at potential free play rewards I notice some specifically say with paid hotel stay and others that just say enjoy $50 to $100 free play and when you click learn more it doesn't mention the paid stay requirement? Does that mean you can use them for each property offering it without the required paid stay. Further, can you cash in multiple properties on the same visit, like $50 at NYNY, $100 at Mandalay Bay, etc? Thanks Going in May
Most of them say that the reward is not combinable with any complimentary stay in the Reward Terms and Conditions. The words “paid stay” are implied.
No and no. Depending on which app your using to view the terms, it sometimes takes a bit of looking to find that for those freeplay, but it's there. And those freeplay rewards are limit of 1 per stay, so no combining them either. Look into the MyKonami freeplay for the ones that don't require a stay.
