So in mid January Im going to Vegas for 2 Nights

Now lets say all you had to play with was your free play, which I do. I have

    $50.00 at bellagio

    $60.00 at luxor

    $50.00 at Mandalay Bay

What slots would you play at these locations

I possibly will throw in another 50 to top them each at 100 but lets say I dont

What machines would you play, where are they located, what denomination would you play

    Video poker. :poke:

But if you want to play slots, I would choose the giant Alien and Texas Tea machines at Luxor. Which is near the walkway that goes to Excalibur iirc.

My better half M had her best Vegas hit ever at Bellagio in April of this year. This isn't too far from the MGM Rewards desk, iirc.

MB I won't be helpful as we barely play at the place. I used to like old WMS games there but on our last visit there, they seemed mostly gone.

Since you're there for 2 nights, and don't sound like you want necessarily to add more money, I probably wouldn't do more than 50c per spin.

Holy Hotel! These new ones. Plus ParkMGM before, MGM/Cosmo after!

With that kind of bankroll you won't get far on 50c spins. If you hike over to Horseshoe there are some reel Hot Shot machines near the elevators that let you play all 20 lines at 1c per line. On my last trip I won at those machines. The sound doesn't work on a few of them so you need to seek the working ones.
I know it's a CET property and you can't use your FP but you can play a long time on $20.
    Good cocktail service too.

Playing slots is all about the "fun" factor as it is a bad gambling investment. So pick which ever slot catches your fancy and have fun. Maybe luck/variance will be on your side and you will win big.

If your entire bankroll consists of $160 in freeplay/slot dollars, I would hit a non-progressive 3-reel machine in the high limit rooms and play $25 denom. You'll get at least 6 spins at $25 and one at $10. Maybe you'll get lucky and walk away with a couple hundred.

I would lean this direction. Might just be my imagination, or lack of attention, but it seems to me like there are more YouTubers playing high-level slots than regular floor machines these days. Of course, I realize that there are those (the Mrs. comes to mind) who like - LIKE - to be mesmerized by the graphics, bells, noises etc. She wants her bankroll to last longer (measure in time) than would be the case with a higher denomination machine. With the higher-denom machine the bankroll will exhaust faster or you'll win sooner...not delaying the inevitable. :ssst:

QuickHit slots are very good. 30-cent spins for all lines, and the machines are usually generous enough with the wins that you can last a while. I've almost never encountered one that was "cold", as they say.

The PERCENT payout in high limit room is only slightly better than regular slots. BUT - they have to take in LOTS of money to make those payouts.

For a newbie slot player, watching all your money be gone in a few minutes could be very depressing. The risk of ruin with so few spins is very high. I just would not do it myself.

I would play 25 cent keno, nickel vp and the original penny Stinkin Rich game where you can choose to bet between one and one hundred lines. I play on 25 to 50 lines and am able to hit a bonus often.

I like these machines, they seem to be disappearing at an increasing rate though. Even at the $1 denom.

Wow ty everyone for the response so far. I do plan on bringing a little bit more money but wanted to see suggestions under that limit.

I've thought about playing poker but I have never played so I'm a but intimidated. Not sure why, throw your money in and see how things go lol

Is your goal to stretch the free play for maximum playing time or maximum chance to win larger amounts?

25 cent Caveman Keno is everywhere. Pick new numbers every game and it’s slow and exciting !

I'm hitting older games from Aristocrat if I can find them. At MGM properties, that's going to be hard.

You can still play video poker - all by yourself.

How do you have free play at multiple MGM properties in those amounts?
Are you sure you have access to all of them at once?

I missed that part earlier. How does one get freeplay at 3 different MGM casinos at the same time?
