Bacon Nation used to be open 24 hours. No more. Now it's not open even 7 days a week and only open for breakfast and lunch Thur-Mon. New hours: Sun, Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Hopefully the reduced hours will improve service. I liked the food at Bacon Nation (though expensive if you have to pay) but often had horrible service. Like 30 minutes sitting in an empty restaurants before I can order.
Magnolia's at Four Queens or Freedom Beat at DTG. Both are good choices in the morning and evening and on non-Tues and Wed too! (See what I did there?)
Both times that I have eaten there, I had service issues and it wasn't crowded either time. The food was fine and was in ample portions, but it seemed that they didn't have enough servers on hand to take care of who was eating there. It wouldn't surprise me if they pulled the plug, but having Mc Donalds as your go to place for breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
Been there a few times, food has been quite good overall actually but service is spotty and a couple times the order came out wrong; hopefully they can get the service on track with limited hours but now my late-hours self might not make it there before it closes
Wow, that didn't take long. I tried it a few times only because I had comps. The service was lame and the food was nothing special. I really wanted to like the place. Go ahead and shut 'er down.
I tried it twice on comps and was underwhelmed both times. But, last trip I thought about calling down for a pick up order while working from the D since I was super busy, but it was one of the days they were closed. I also noticed that their new menu seems extremely streamlined compared to what I remember: https://baconnationlv.com/las-vegas-bacon-nation-food-menu There used to be a ton of different flavored bacon options - now 4. Still have the reverse BLT so might need to get there to try it before this place disappears forever.
The mac and cheese pancake breakfast tacos were awesome. Too bad they're not still on the menu. Service has been slow and inattentive each of the four or five times I have been.
Ate there a couple times on a comp and service wasn’t too bad. The tator tots were really good. I’d go back just for them!
I really liked their chicken parmesan with spaghetti!!!!! No longer on the menu. And I don't even wake up till 2pm when I stay downtown!!!!
Wow that is super limited! And to think, they started out as 24/7. I really wanted them to succeed because there aren't a lot of 24 hour options downtown.
Bacon Nation sent me an email offering a $9.99 breakfast special starting later this week. Not sure if I want to brave the service issues.
