    In July? What the hell is wrong with that guy?

    I run year round and I know for a fact that the heat takes a huge chunk out of my endurance. I do my longest runs on Sunday morning every week. I do no more than half that mileage when I run after work during peak heat of the day.

    More power to him but he's an absolute psycho. I'm in awe.
