Problems buying show tickets on Smartervegas.com

    I have tried numerous times to purchase tickets through Smartervegas.com and I keep getting an error message when I go to select a date. Customer service tells me I should try to use another web browser (Foxfire). When I ask CS if I can purchase the tickets over the phone, they tell me they don't see the same offers I see. BTW, the shows I want to purchase tickets for are at MLife properties. I don't seem to have the problem with shows elsewhere.

    Any suggestions?

    Did you try to use a different browser like Firefox?

    FWIW, I've found that the box offices at MLife properties will take any offer code (including Travelzoo, etc) when you call them directly.
