Out of these three options what would you choose? I have never stayed at Aria or Monte Carlo so it's tough for me to weigh my options against NYNY.

    1: Aria 3 nights comped $125 FP 100 F&B.. 107 in resort fee

    2: NYNY/Monte Carlo 3 nights comped 125 FP 100 F&B.. No resort fee

3: Slot Tournament at NYNY with three nights comped. Top Prize $20,000 cash 101st place -200th place gets $100 in FP. Various prizes in between. No up front FP or F&B. No resort fee.

If you want the tourney, then it's 3. If you are ok paying for your food out of pocket then Aria is the choice as you only pay 7 resort fee because F/B would cover the rest. #2 is best overall if the room isnt an issue.

I play slots but definitely not a fan of slot tourneys, so I'd pick 1 or 2.

Aria is a great property, with those FP/RC numbers, your bankroll seems healthy enough to not sweat the $35/night and keep you from trying it. Worst case scenario either you end up not liking Aria or your play level isn't enough to get the resort fees comped in the next round of offers, in which case you go back to NYNY.

If you are a young single or young couple, do Aria. If you have kids, do NYNY. I like slot tournaments myself, so I would use that option.

If it were me by myself #2. I only use the room for the 3 "esses". (s**t, shower, and sleep)

If I had someone that I was taking and wanted to show them a good time, #1.

Probably not #3, because I've given up on slot tournaments.

#1 - Aria. At least once!

I love slot tournaments but would do Aria this time and catch a future slot tournament at NYNY or other property.

#1. I started at MC ad tried to stay loyal, but Aria's absolutely won me over. Ironically, Aria seems much, much more focused on retention than MC, and you should hopefully get good offers after.

Plus, remember you'll be earning express comps while you stay.

If it was MC comped with Aria paid, I'd go MC, but if both are comped, even with RF, I'd pick Aria.

    Whatever you pick, enjoy!

I always step back and think how many times a year do I go on vacation?
In my opinion it is always worth spending a little more to stay at the nicest resort you can afford

Aria, hands down. That goes double since you have never stayed there before.

The other thing to consider is the construction that Monte Carlo will be going through and whether this will impact your dates. I would choose Aria - love it!!

I had the same choice next month only at MGM instead of MC and I chose Aria. I am really looking forward to it.

Yeah I have Aria booked already and I am just going to stick with it. The summer can't end soon enough for me.

I would probably normally go with the cheaper option of #2 because I wouldn't want to pay the RF's. However, with the construction at MC I would be dropping that out of the picture until things are further along and probably taking Aria instead. The entire Street in the back that connects it with Aria is basically closing. They no longer have the cafe, so if you wanted a sit down breakfast it was at the Pub. Now the pub is closing on the Street of Dreams, as well as the ice cream, retails, Starbucks etc. I want somewhere I can get 'normal' food vs. all fast food. Basically the reason I quit staying at Flamingo - cafe closed, Margaritaville no longer served breakfast. (They do again right now). I want a CAFE lol. (Yes, I know Hash House is next door).

Aria. Nice food offerings for the F&B and some free play.
You're close to everything else so no prob.
    Have fun.

    All rooms should be free
    No resort fees at all
Tip the guy or gal 40 bucks at Aria and ask them if they could waive the resort fees
    Should work without a hitch.

Thanks for the tip. Do you know if they can waive resort fees on the back end based on gaming play?
