Staying at Venetian for the first time soon. I'm looking for the low down... Here are a few questions to start:

    What's the best breakfast spot?

What's the best late night place to get drunk food?

How's the Grazie program these days?

Any fun bars? Google shows that the Bourbon Romm is open but I thought I heard it closed.

    Any other advice is appreciated!

The Venetian is home to both Tao and Lavo, both of which I went to. The restaurants are first rate and the nightclubs are some of the most fun I've ever been in (if you can get in, that is). The Tao Beach pool club is also a lot of fun.

    For breakfast, hands down Bouchon.

Drunk food or anytime casual, The Grand Lux; portions are very big.

Grand Lux has the best fried chicken. Open 24 hours.

I stayed there last month. Agree 100% regarding Grand Lux. Perfect spot for some late night eats. I was a bit disappointed in the bars. I did like the champagne bar on the Palazzo side (cannot recall the name, but its the large bar near the center of the Palazzo casino, behind the imperial baccarat area). Also liked the circle bar. Think I recall walking past Bourbon Room, but I could be imagining that

Awesome! Great info. I'd certainly be interested in $1 oysters as well.

Bouchon for breakfast, or walk over to palazzo and eat at Morels.

Grand Lux for breakfast. Give Bouchon a try. Lots of folks like it. I don't.

Another vote for Bouchon for breakfast and Grand Lux anytime. The burger place in the food court is actually pretty decent. Grimaldi's just outside Palazzo has great pizza. Really most of the restaurants are excellent, I don't think I've had a bad meal anywhere in the resort. Delmonico has an awesome whisky list if you're into the water of life. Bourbon Room was still open in Apr and is a fun rock and roll bar. I'm not into clubs at all so can't comment on those, but I agree with UK on the other bars overall...nothing like Cosmo's Bond bar for action, but the drink quality is high. They've treated me well with comps so far and I absolutely love the resort overall, it's without question my favorite place to stay and gamble. Here's two TRs I've done from there with several pics, so that might give you an idea of what to expect.

I agree with Bouchon for breakfast and Grand Lux for late night drunk food. With the latter, the bacon lettuce and tomato is a pretty good light night snack.

Pretty much anything at Grand Lux is good. They have a nice cocktail menu, too. That's if you still aren't drunk enough! About the only place at V/P I don't recommend is Buddy V's, which sucks. Much better Italian food at Dal Toro.

Just got back from a week at Venetian, many of the chefs' restaurant options between V/P - Delmonico, Table 10 , Sushi Samba, Lux, Grimaldi's - dined at all above and food was great especially at Table 10. Happy hour starts again @ 9p and drink prices extended to dining room.
