Have not been to Vegas in 6 months and Missing Vegas Chatter- Where to eat

    I have not been to vegas in six months and without vegaschatter I feel lost. I am in vegas for 3 shortdays so have 3 dinners to be had. Saturday/Sunday/Monday. Where is the new must try place on the strip? Any new brunches on sunday that are awesome?

    If you like Italian, Buddy V's (The Cake Boss) in the Venetian is unique and moderately priced for The Strip. It's a limited, eclectic menu that will not disappoint.
