I'm taking my son out to Vegas in June for his 21st birthday. The plan is to take him to as many places as possible, sign up for cards, and get him as much freeplay as we can. (He's a college student and I'm staking his first $500). So I have a couple of questions for the experts (and those in between).... 1. I know of the Trop rebate loss and perhaps one at Casino Royale with $20 FP with a $100 loss. Any others you know of? 2. I have the LVA and ACG books for him. Would he be able to get freeplay based upon being a new member and then (at the same time or later that day) use one of the coupons for more? I know some places (El Cortez comes to mind) that I've been able to use both ACG and LVA coupons at the same time). I know LVA has a $25 mp coupon for ALL members and ACG has a $25 mp coupon for NEW members at GG. Could he use the $25 for NEW members (ACG) and then come back later with the $25 for ALL players (LVA)? Any experience trying this? In my mind, they are different coupons from different entities, but I don't know that the casinos feel the same way.
Treasure Island has a new member promotion where you can win freeplay for hitting certain point requirements. The last freeplay level is 1,000 points, which is $1,500 coin in on slots or $4,500 coin in on video poker, unless you play their 9/6 JoB which is $15/pt.
Yes, he can sign up for a card and play a bit on that using up any FP that came with the initial sign up; then he can go back and use another coupon such as play $10, get $10FP. When I was at Orleans last June, the nice boothling credited both my LVA and ACG coupons at the same time...I just had to play the $10 through in series. ElCo will credit both too.
Luxor has a wheel to spin at the mlife desk - it is for free play - My husband has done it twice and always gets $50 - I believe it has to be on your birthday.
