Best place to watch the nfc championship game downtown?

I'm a packer fan staying at the plaza this weekend where is the best place to see the game downtown.

 

777 at Main Street Station is a great place with discounted apps and beer. But, some times you go in there and instead of game audio, they are playing music. I have complained to our waitress and she got them to kill the music and have the game audio.

The place promotes itself as a sportsbar and yet they don't open until 11 AM on a regular Sunday, when the first games start start at 10 AM PST.

Choice # 2...Chicago Brewing Co, upstairs at the Four Queens. The bartender is a huge football fan and the game will always be on with audio at the bar. Their pizza is pretty damn good also!

 

+1 for 777. during playoff football they open earlier and play the game audio. it's usually a really good time. NFC will start at noon Vegas time so the start time wont be a huge issue, but seating will. plan to get there at 11-11:15.

We will be downtown at the same time. We usually watch at plaza because beers where 2 bucks at the bar or we go to the d longbar since they have so many tvs you can usually get right in front of one. Last year they had a beer bucket sale on coors light but since we did not drink that beers where 20 for 5, hopefully have same deal this year

 

I'll be downtown at the same time too. Probably at one of the two places Joe suggested. Definitely want to get there right about when they open on Sunday for 777 or Chicago Brew Co.
777 opens at 11 and I think Chicago Brew Co opens at 10am.

If you prefer to watch from your home casino, the Plaza sportsbook isn't a bad option. They also have some TVs at that Omaha Lounge with comfortable furniture.
Another sports book with comfortable furniture is Binion's - last time I went there, though, there were a few too many folks with body odor issues for me to handle.

 

Good info. It irritates me they moved all that furniture out of the old Benny's Bullpen and converted it to BBQ. I hear the BBQ is good, but I loved to go to Benny's for playoff football!

 

Add one for either 777 or Chicago Brewing. I think the atmposphere at 777 might be a little more fun, just because it's a big, open room. Love the Hardaway IPA at ChicagoBrewing, though.

 

I am planning on getting to 777 at 11am on Sunday. I'll be solo and will be wearing my VMB wristband so say hello if you're around.

Never made it to 777 - I camped out at the Longbar all day Sunday. First time in prob 10 years I didn't watch a playoff football game at 777.
