I see they're all "Spend X amount, recieve X amount"
For instance, the one for Excalibur is spend $100, get $50...
Does that mean I can have a $100 bill, and I'll only pay $50 of it? (using the $50 dining credit for the other $50)
    Or
Do I have to have a $150 bill, and I'll only pay $100 of it?

    Thanks in Advance!

It says "$50 dining credit when you spend a minimum of $100."
    Spend $100, pay $50.
    Spend $120, pay $70.
    Etc...

The Monte Carlo one is best - just a $50 credit. Don't have to spent anything out of your own pocket.

Yeah...but when you have 600k+ LP, I want to use as much as I can for dining (Shows and rooms are free with CET)

For the luxor one, it's spend $150 and get $75 off. I asked my server how it worked and he said he would just take $75 off my bill.
