No, there aren't, but you can see the tables and shoes right up front. I assume the reason the limit is so high is because they don't have the same game protection issues they would if they had players seated at the tables (edge sorting etc).

No, there is no way to see that. You can obviously look around on the screens and see if there are others on the same table/bets as you if you like, but no one can electronically see your bets and you can't see theirs. I personally like that, because I always bet on the Player side (I'm playing martingale, so the no commission part is important), and Banker bettors sometimes give me crap for betting against them. That's a problem I don't have on those machines.

pphold and I played it a couple trips ago. It was fun but really hard to keep up if you are playing 2 different tables. No way you can play 3 or 4 games at a time it is just too fast. pphold won and I broke even. No W2Gs... It was comfortable and pleasant but nerve racking trying to place your bets so fast.. Still, nothing like holding the cards yourself. As stated, really really fast game.

Thinking on this, the nobody else can see your bet aspect would be the main reason to play this game. But since I have my own table, and like to squeeze the cards, this game sort of takes away from that.

I think that type of game set up would make me dizzy.

Not just squeeze them, but pound the extra pips out of them! Wonder how they would react if someone started pounding these machines!

    Thanks for the TR PPhold.

I saw the stadium baccarat up close last December and I wondered if it was already installed in Asia somewhere. I can see putting a large party there and letting the alcohol flow. Very cost effective from the casino's perspective. It would remove any social element especially if it's going fast. Just you against a very experienced dealer - the machine. Actually quite sad when I think about it.
Low barrier to entry too - $5 minimum.

I was talking to a woman playing next to me who said she had moved to Vegas from Macau, and that in the Sands properties there they have the same setup, but much bigger (hundreds of machines) served by the same 2 tables. They still have the live game in the VIP rooms etc., but in Macau casino licenses are for a certain number of tables. I think this was invented to circumvent the restriction on the number of tables by allowing hundreds of people to play off the same couple of tables. Pretty smart.

Anyway, I liked it and if you like baccarat it's worth a try. I didn't have any issues with the 20 second clock.

So I had a great Baccarat session with Natedog at the Wynn. We meet another player That we though was an Aussie but turned out he was from Hong Kong and England. Natedog would ding a card for the pips if we need it and it seems to work. So on this hand we were all on player and it was player 7 and Banker Zero. Natedog looks and see three sides and pounds the card and we look and see one pip so Natedog was going to win since he had bet both the Tie and Bank. The Guy from Hong Kong said HOW ABOUT ANOTHER Pound for the me... LOL since he had a big bet on the bank. so Natedog pounds the card and sure enough it was an 8. I love playing at a table with friendly players.

This was so much fun. Its great when everyone wins.

Next day i meet up with Pleepleus and we try to get him to lose $200 at the Tropicana and he hits a $5700 jackpot. A funny thing happen on the last spin I hear Pleepleus say this sucks it is only $150 dollars on his final spin in the bouns spin.

I was going to bet on the cowboys but with broncofn and pleepleus both talked me out of it i thank them when the score was 14-0 Lions. Good thing the final score was 24-20 cowboys. So it was great cowboys won and I didn't bet on them since they did not cover the spread.

We go Down town so i can pick up my free play and sure enough. They suck me in I win but don't stop. I buy in for $500 and lose I asked for a marker and Pleepleus stops me. Thank goodness. We head back to The Trop for dinner at the Steak house.

We head to NYNY to try the Cleo 2 there and it turns out the reason that one has a bigger payout is the max on that is $80 a spin. The guy next to use is playing $200 a spin and hits $2200 and hits a $4040 on the very next spin, but it does not have key to credit so he had to wait.

We get nothing out of the Cleo 2 so i call Stevie D to try the Walking dead machine. I'm talking to stevieD hoping his mojo will help me win on his machine and nothing. I dump $500 into this thing and say I'm done. We head to dinner. It was a great dinner. I go back to Caesar's and drop Pleepleus off and i go back to my room. I check to see if Natedog wants to hit the Baccarat tables again. He said sure so I'm off to the Wynn. Natedog is at the craps table so I head to baccarat. I play a few hands on the outside tables and wait for Natedog to finish playing craps.

We meet up and Started out good then turned south. We call it after the third shoe and was going to dinner. I had a already eaten with pleepleus so i was going to go but my guest was running last so i told natedog we will meet up tomorrow.

I head to the Black Jack table at the Wynn and play some double deck and win back $2200 so I color up and leave.

I head back to Caesars for some sleep and rest up for tomorrow. I get a call from family and then friends and lets just say I didn't get any more gambling in nor did I get any sleep. I had work to do so i try to get as much done as i can.

I get my reports sent out and i call Pleepleus to see if we can head back down town to pick up our new free play.

I get it and sure enough I lose it all. Then I ask for a $5000 marker. I proceed to lose $1800 of it and then it finally turned I get it back to even and i buy my marker back and we leave.

I ask Pleepleus if he wanted to go back to the steak house at the trop for dinner again. I wanted to get the Dry aged bone Filet this time. He said sure so we make a reservation for dinner. I go to meet Natedog for some Baccarat at the Cosmopolitan.

We had some fun and I win $2k but had a lot of fun before I had to meet up with pleepleus for dinner. This was my last night in Vegas. My flight was going to leave in under 6 hours. I'm back up for the trip so i should just have a nice dinner and go home.

I thank Natedog. Natedog is a great guy and makes my trips to Vegas fun. Thank you Natedog for letting me turn cards with you.

I meet up with Pleepleus and he doesn't need a menu he orders everything we order the night before. Now the night before they bring out the wrong steak and then correct it. This time the over cook his steak and had to get him another steak.

My turned out great. I'll post pics later.

I'm like Chevy Chase in Vegas Vacation wanting to gamble with with only 3 hours before my plane leaves I know that was not a good idea.

We check out the tables but it was not a good idea i think so I called this a trip and went back to Caesar's to rest and pack to go home.

I think CET is going to be mad at me. I stayed at Caesar's for 3 nights and did not play one hand nor did I do one spin on the slots.

OK i'll make it up to them on SuperBowl weekend. Good thing they go on a average.

So a good start for 2015. Thanks to Pleepleus. Always great to hang out and gamble. Great job on the Cleo 2 hit and hand pay. I'm still looking for my first. And Natedog thanks for letting me play on your tables it is always fun.

See you guys Super Bowl Weekend.

Yo pp - nice report, man.

I'll have to try that steak place at the trop - I don't make it down that end of the strip much but that looks like a good spot

I was very bummed about the Walking Dead debacle. PP left out the bit where I told him to stop at -240. He just handed the phone to Pleeplues who promptly got into the bonus and won like $22. It was terrible. Maybe I have to be there for the mojo to work. Glad you had fun PP. Thanks for sharing as ususl.

Great report pp. Love reading these types of reports.

Are you originally from Dallas? I grew up in North Dallas and went to high school there.

Funny thing is... my dad was a Bears fan because mom and dad grew up in Chicago. Mom liked the Cowboys and I guess dad didn't want to fight that battle.

So Sundays in the fall was always church early and sitting down together to watch the Cowboys play with mom leading the charge on both fronts.

I am always impressed with how much you are able to squeeze into your trips......from Caesars to Wynn, Ellis Island, over to Tropicana, downtown, Cosmo, back to Tropicana, then Wynn - it's hard to believe you are there just 3 days with how much ground you cover! Thanks for another great trip report!
