    Hello from the Midwest. Looking forward to a permanent move to LV in the near future if my ship doesn't wind up at the airport. I have dreamed about moving to LV for the longest time and now I am as ready as I'll ever be so look out, here I come. :beer:

    I have a few friends from my wanderings who think a lot of Vegas, and I trust their opinion. I have shopped the real estate market in Vegas for the last 10 years and I feel comfortable with a cash purchase of a home there. It is my idea that even if I have to walk away from it at a loss that it is better to have moved there and tried to live my dream than to not move there and never know if I would have been happy there. This may sound a bit boorish but it is truly what I feel. Thank You for the kind welcome.
