Hmmm....the wife woke around 4am EST to the light glowing from my iPad. She thought I was on a porn run. That is the assumption usually, and still no forgiveness for my youthful indescretions many years ago . As attempt to explain what I'm doing and why, I get a lecture of epic proportions. Why am I "obsessed" with Vegas she asks? Hmm...just when I thouht I had her well on her way to degeneracy in her own right. In my efforts to minimize said "obsession" by explaining that we VMBers are merely kindred spirits flocking together to share Vegas gaming, deals, memories, new developments, shows, food, etc., she who must be obeyed proceeds to remind me that I don't have to be a degenerate (her words) like everyone else . Wow! Have I arrived? Do I qualify as a VMB Degen when seen through the eyes of others? Out of the mouth of Vegas babes comes the truth I guess.

 

Tell her nothing's wrong with you. Normal behavior for a typical Vegas degenerate. Tell her "What's wrong with you? Hurry up, get with the program..."

 

Remember, many of us have a blast with solo trips....

 

This...just take her to vegas...introduce her to your host and get her spa comped on the back end

I don't think one is a degenerate if they are moderately obsessed with Vegas. I am, but I have no illusions of changing my life from some monster score. I just plan to have a high amount of playfulness in my life for the rest of my days, and going to Vegas is a fairly safe, cheap and easy way for me to have that while still raising kids and paying a mortgage. It's almost a good thing that Vegas is far from me because all the plotting and planning keeps the fun alive while I pay bills.

Nothing wrong at all I say.. I was just as bad this weekend with all the kick ass TR's. Every break at work, bedtime, any 5 minutes I had to myself I had the Tapatalk up on the iPhone catching up where I left off last
