Has anyone ever received a mailer from CET, but when you check your account online that offer code does not show up? I received an offer in the mail last week for 5 nights, $500 cash and $100 F&B credit at any Las Vegas casino, but when I log into my TR account that offer code does not show up even though the coupon states I can reserve online. If I try to manually enter the code when making a reservation the system does not recognize the code. I am diamond level, but do not have a host. I'll probably just call the diamond reservation line, but they are generally as helpful as a wet towel. I'd like to see if anyone has encountered this first.

Yes - normally my 'ticket' ones to particular shows do show up on my account, however, I did have an Elton one that did not awhile back - I couldn't even see it online. (I think that was on his last residency at Caesars). I can never book them online but they do NORMALLY show up.

So it might not be unheard of for them to not appear.

I have the opposite problem, I have offers appear but no mailers. The only thing I ever get in the mail anymore is trip junkets to Laughlin.

I was able to go online and book the offer by manually entering the offer code into the reservations page. I was reading the code incorrectly.

My experience is every now and again, you will get an offer by mail that doesn't hit the inbox for a few weeks but ultimately, every offer seems to turn up online. Usually, they are online before snail mail. I had signed up to drop snail mail but I updated my preferences to get offers by mail again because they never back up the offers with email. I hate seeing offers online with no access to the details and T&Cs.
