Sorry you had no luck at M Resort, but glad you enjoyed it otherwise! And good to know a nearby waitress will bring you a beer from 32 Degree Bar, I've heard mixed results on that. Probably won't help me much though because I debate too much over what beer to pick. Lol

Arrived home Saturday and I am going through Wynn withdrawals
Just a few final thoughts on the property and my trip:
Room & bed: I wanted to move in. If I were to fall ill in Vegas, this is where I would want to be.
Property & customer service: Exquisite. And so much more for me to see that I missed on this trip.
Food: Allegro, Charlie's, pool food (lobster roll), Urth Caffe were all soooo good!
Pool: I love, love, loved the pool area, lots of shade available from the trees if you do not want full sun and the music was a nice mix. The drink/food & clean up service at the pool was spotty at best. I was there 3 weekdays where it was very quiet 2 days with Friday being a bit busier and I think a CW came by 2-3 times over. Old drink & food trays were left for hours without being picked up. Maybe they cut back on servers in Sept.? They never seemed to be really busy. Not a big deal, but did not fit with the rest of the fab Wynn service.
Casino: Beautiful & spacious, not good for VP, but lots of slots to choose from. There may have been people winning on slots, but I did not notice any hand pays while I was playing.
Important note, especially to those who think they are low rollers: Always ask a host to look at your play before you check out. I did not play at all on Friday and had minimal play on Thursday, so I almost skipped it :nono:. I was surprised when he said he would take $172 off of my $455 bill (about half was for spa & tips). Yay!

    Room, food, casino (some casino pics may be from Venetian) (some of the Wynn slot pics are minuscule bonus wins...lol), and other random stuff IMG_8196.jpeg IMG_8197.jpeg IMG_8200.jpeg IMG_8204.jpeg IMG_8205.jpeg IMG_8210.jpeg IMG_8211.jpeg IMG_8212.jpeg IMG_8217.jpeg IMG_8229.jpeg IMG_8230.jpeg IMG_8233.jpeg IMG_8235.jpeg IMG_8241.jpeg IMG_8243.jpeg IMG_8245.jpeg IMG_8248.jpeg IMG_8250.jpeg IMG_8251.jpeg IMG_8256.jpeg IMG_8266.jpeg IMG_8269.jpeg IMG_8274.jpeg IMG_8273.jpeg IMG_8271.jpeg IMG_8270.jpeg IMG_8275.jpeg IMG_8276.jpeg IMG_8279.jpeg IMG_8278.jpeg IMG_8291.jpeg IMG_8301.jpeg IMG_8303.jpeg

I think if they are busy, they may not do it. She did indicate it might take more time to get my beer, but I was in no rush and delivery seemed quick to me!

In short: limited number of customer service agents for phone support
Initially, I thought they would only rebook you on a JSX flight.

    Details:
JSX has a limited number of flights each day. They do not have the customer support capacity needed for flight cancellations, even though there are only 30 seats. By the time I called in & waited on hold for about 45 minutes (they do offer call back service so I finally took that & hung up) I figured I was not going to get through in time to get on the only other flight they had that day. While waiting I checked the 5pm flight (the only other flight that day) & there were some available seats, so I went ahead & purchased one for $179. I figured they would sort out the charges later. I checked all other flights for the day & found that the LAS-OAK flight that should have arrived about 1pm had been cancelled (this would have been my ride to LAS). Anywho... glad I booked that 5pm flight because when they finally called me about 2 hours later, that flight was sold out.

The CSA did say they will rebook you on a commercial flight, which I was glad to hear. I had checked SWA flights for that day & there was limited flight availability and cheapest was $329! I have not checked my CC account yet to see if charges have been adjusted, but I should end up paying my original $69 and they have emailed a $50 voucher for a future flight. So for those of you in Phoenix & Seattle areas (new JSX locations), I would still recommend you give them a try. They have good deals every so often and it is very cool to avoid TSA & show up for your flight 20 minutes before departure!

@JosieCat I am sorry for my delayed response! I played & earned my points/gems back in Jan./Feb. & I think I was a bit lucky and it may have been easier back then. I never won any huge jackpots and I did spend about $30 buying coins.
I just looked at that new VIP program & it looks complicated. I still have some gems & it looks like I can't book a room unless I am at least VIP level 2, which I am not. I was not planning to play anymore, but we shall see. I hope you have some luck & get some free nights before 2022!!

No worries. You know, with the changes they made to the Wynn App, I am not sure I'm even going to try anymore.
