10am until 2pm and reservations are always a good idea.

Sorry, I'm ignorant on this. Is the jazz brunch simply the buffet with jazz music or something else? I didn't see any details on the Wynn website (cost, etc). But would be interested in knowing more.

The Wynn Buffet is a completely different creature from the Jazz Brunch. The Jazz Brunch is in the Country Club, for one. They have a special buffet available, plus the regular brunch menu and specials. The jazz band is nice, but we go for the food and the bar and the view. You can find the Country Club menu here.

I think the Jazz Brunch is one of the best deals in Vegas. We make sure our trip includes a Sunday just so we can go to the brunch! We'll be going again in January.
